Florida Licensing on Wheels

The Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and Highway Safety has reinstituted FLOW mobile in Carrabelle Florida!

Flow mobile visits will be at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex located at 912 NW Ave A, Carabelle Fl.

From 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

If the driver has proof of compliance, the suspension of the driver’s license can be cleared. Driver’s license testing and road testing cannot be handled by the FLOW mobile. Those functions are handled in the Tax Collector’s office in Apalachicola at 33 Market Street, Suite 202.
